Do you want to learn to meditate? All it takes is a sincere desire. Most people meditate, only they do not know that is what they are doing, or that their state of mind is a meditative state.
The meditation I know is Sum Faht. The name comes from the Cantonese phrase “soi sum peen fah faht,” which loosely translated means whatever the heart desires will manifest. The tradition is from the Chinese culture in Malaysia. Meditation has been shown to have numerous benefits for the health of the mind, body, and nervous system. By stilling the mind, a person gathers their Chi. After stilling the mind, a person thinks clearly.
