Exercise Instruction

There are several forms of exercise I am able to assist a patient with.

Weight Training: I have 35 years of experience designing individual weight training programs. Weight training is important for physical fitness, cardiovascular health, and the maintenance of proper weight and a strong skeletal system.

Pool exercise: For patients unable to exercise with weights, pool exercise is often appropriate.

Qi Gong: A traditional form of Chinese exercise, Qi Gong combines movement and controlled breathing to build and circulate the Chi in the body.
